There’s a high chance your business will experience a crisis at some stage in its existence. You might be there already as you deal with the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
In my journalism career, I dealt with dozens of businesses right at the time disaster struck. I put the toughest questions I could come up with their way and produced stories that put them under severe pressure.
Some survived. Some did not. Some received praise and support for the way they handled such difficult circumstances. Others were ridiculed, pitied and avoided.
Now, I’m sharing my secrets with you. What does it take to communicate with clarity and confidence in a crisis? How do you win people’s trust? What do you need to do to overcome such a challenge? And how can you make sure you are taking people with you?
You’ll learn it all in this session and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions.
Some crisis situations are self-inflicted. I’ll help you deal with that too.
Fire…cyber-crime…death of a colleague or customer. A key supplier going bust. Terrorism, Coronavirus..the list goes on.
We all hope it never happens. But it’s worth being prepared.
On Friday 15th May, I’ll get you on the right track.
